These prices are for in-stock cloth or provided paper. For leather case, add $10 plus cost of leather; leather approx $50 extra per box. Stamping and metal die is extra.
Metal dies - approx. $75.00 per die.
Stamping cost: $50 set up + $1.00 per impression.
Special order book cloth, ribbons, cut-outs, affixing labels, adding pockets, etc. will incur additional costs.
